Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Chitrakoot. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in hotel front office/reception operations, valuable communication skills, and a professional approach toward guests.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide professional front-desk assistance.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage room reservations and booking inquiries.
Answer telephone calls and respond to guest queries.
Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Collect and record guest payments when required.
Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all guests.
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant and skilled personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Good customer-service skills.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
