We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our resort property. /n The ideal candidate should have solid experience in resort/hotel operations, team management, guest satisfaction, cost control, vendor coordination, and overall property management. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n
Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the resort.

Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Maintenance and Activities.

/n
Maintain high guest service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

/n
Monitor occupancy, revenue and overall operational performance.

/n
Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.

/n
Manage procurement, inventory and vendor coordination.

/n
Negotiate with vendors and ensure timely availability of operational requirements.

/n
Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline and productivity.

/n
Lead and support department heads and operational teams.

/n




Control operational expenses and minimize wastage.

/n
Support sales and marketing initiatives to improve occupancy and revenue.

/n
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

/n /n Requirements: /n /n
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration.

/n
3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.

/n
Prior experience in managing a resort/property is preferred.

/n
Robust knowledge of hospitality operations.

/n
Good leadership, communication and team-management skills.

/n
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.

/n
Good understanding of budgeting, inventory and cost control.

/n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
