About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

OPT Recruiter with solid expertise in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting OPT candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and working with clients and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates on

OPT, CPT, EAD, and other relevant work authorizations

.
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified OPT candidates.
Utilize

LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms

.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Negotiate offers and support candidates through the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
Work closely with Account Managers, Sales teams, and clients to understand hiring requirements.
Follow up with candidates regarding submissions, interviews, offers, and joining.
Ensure compliance with US staffing and employment eligibility requirements.
