Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and other recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to the required criteria.
Make initial recruitment calls and communicate job opportunities to candidates.
Explain job roles, responsibilities, location, and interview process to candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Keep accurate records of candidate profiles and recruitment status.




Assist with offer communication and joining formalities.
Coordinate with the HR and hiring teams to understand current requirements.
Support the team in achieving recruitment targets.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Comfortable making calls and communicating with candidates.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Good sourcing and resume-screening skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other computer applications.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
