Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and couple counselling to patients undergoing IVF/fertility treatment.
Support patients in managing stress, anxiety, treatment-related emotional challenges, and unsuccessful treatment outcomes.
Conduct pre- and post-treatment counselling and help patients set realistic expectations.
Identify patients requiring specialized psychological/psychiatric support and facilitate referrals.
Maintain counselling records and ensure patient confidentiality.
Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team for comprehensive patient care.
Conduct patient education and emotional support sessions as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology.
Relevant counselling experience, preferably in IVF/fertility or healthcare.Robust communication, empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
