Recruitment Operations Intern (Paid Internship)

Location: Hybrid Model, 3 Days In-Office per Week

Duration: 6-Month Paid Internship

Stipend: 18,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Overview

This internship is ideal for enthusiastic and driven graduates keen on pursuing a career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendor partners and stakeholders to support hiring activities.
Track and manage recruitment requirements, candidate status, and hiring updates.
Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment data with high accuracy.
Follow up with stakeholders and vendors for timely closure of open requirements.
Assist in recruitment operations and vendor management processes.
Ensure effective communication between teams involved in the hiring lifecycle.
Support reporting and administrative activities related to hiring.

Key Requirements
Any Graduates.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.




Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates interested in building a career in Recruitment or HR Operations are preferred.
