Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager / Plant Production Incharge to independently manage the complete production operations of our Frozen & IQF Food Processing Plant, including Green Peas, Sweet Corn and other frozen vegetables.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production operations from raw material receiving to IQF, packing and cold storage.
Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets as per order requirements.
Handle manpower, shifts and production planning.
Ensure effective operation of washing, sorting, blanching, IQF freezing and packing lines.
Monitor yield, wastage, productivity, machine utilization and production costs.
Coordinate with Maintenance, QA/QC, Stores and Dispatch for smooth plant operations.
Handle production-related breakdowns, process issues and bottlenecks.
Ensure proper GMP, hygiene,



safety and housekeeping on the production floor.
Maintain production reports including output, yield, wastage and raw material consumption.
Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction measures.
Lead the production team and ensure discipline, efficiency and target achievement.

Candidate Profile
5–8 years of hands-on experience in Frozen Food / IQF / Food Processing.
Robust practical knowledge of IQF processing and frozen vegetables.
Experience with Green Peas, Sweet Corn and similar products preferred.
Strong understanding of yield, wastage, production planning and manpower management.
Should be capable of independently handling complete plant production operations.
Robust leadership, troubleshooting and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate: A hands-on production professional currently working in an IQF/Frozen Food Processing Plant, capable of taking complete ownership of production operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.74 - ₹50,000.25 per month
