Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Technical Lead and Project Manager to understand project scope and technical direction.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and business users to clarify requirements and validate technical feasibility.
Translate business and functional requirements into working application components.
Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Power Platforms.
Write clean, maintainable, and e?icient code in accordance with team standards.
Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs or performance issues.
Ensure solutions adhere to security, quality,



and compliance standards.
Contribute to system and technical documentation.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and development best practices.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid hands-on development experience using one or more technology stacks (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, or low-code platforms).
Strong understanding of software development practices and design principles.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate e?ectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a team setting with cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to learn and adapt to current technologies and business needs
