Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing while maintaining compliance with applicable statutory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Collect, verify, and maintain payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and new joiners/exits.
Process monthly salaries accurately and within the defined timelines.
Ensure accurate calculation of CTC, gross salary, deductions, net salary, arrears, reimbursements, and other payroll components.
Manage payroll-related statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll processing, salary disbursement, and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee salary information.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, salary statements, MIS reports, and reconciliation reports.
Handle full and final settlement calculations for resigned/relieved employees.
Manage payroll inputs for new joiners,



transfers, promotions, increments, and employee exits.
Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, tax, attendance, and other payroll matters.
Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing payroll-related documents and reports.
Identify payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information.
Continuously improve payroll processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in payroll processing and administration.
Experience handling payroll for a medium to large employee workforce will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
