We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our residential school and drive academic excellence, student development, discipline, and overall school administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead academic and administrative operations of the school
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student performance
Manage faculty, staff, student discipline, and residential/hostel activities
Ensure student safety, wellbeing, and pastoral care
Develop and implement school policies and improvement plans
Build robust relationships with parents and stakeholders

Eligibility:
Master’s Degree with B.Ed.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant school experience, preferably in a leadership role
Experience in a residential/boarding school preferred
Robust leadership, communication, and administrative skills

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Workplace: Residential School

Experience: 8–10+ Years

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
