Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll
Deep understanding of Oracle Payroll configuration
Experience setting up Earnings & Deduction Elements
Experience migrating payroll configurations across PODs (DEV/UAT/PROD)
Payroll Processing, Costing, Quick Formulas, Balance Adjustments
HDL/HSDL Data Migration
Core HR and Absence Management (preferred)

Responsibilities:
Configure and support Oracle Payroll solutions.
Set up payroll elements, earnings, deductions, and payment methods.
Migrate payroll configurations and elements across environments.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and support payroll processing.
Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design.
Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.

Mandatory:
Oracle Fusion Payroll Certification
2+ end-to-end Oracle Payroll implementations
Robust client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
