Job Overview:

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and infrastructure in a dynamic printing environment. Should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 15+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum production downtime.
- Ensure reliable operation of all production equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure while maintaining safety and statutory compliance.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring timely execution of maintenance activities and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.




- Plan and execute machine installations, plant improvement, automation, and CAPEX projects within approved timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with other departments to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and ensure proper maintenance documentation and audit compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
