1. Handling customer handovers, including CSAT surveys, fit outs,

and post-possession support.
1. Facility & Property Management: Oversight of residential and commercial facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
2. Customer Experience Management: Handling post-possession support, complaint resolution, and CSAT tracking
3. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Managing service providers, AMC

contracts, and payment follow-ups
1. Snagging & Desnagging: Conducting inspections, preparing BOQs, and ensuring timely issue resolution
2. Statutory Compliance: Managing documentation for society formation, NOCs, and regulatory approvals
3. Team Leadership: Supervising third-party FM teams, conducting training, and driving performance reviews
4. Clubhouse & Amenities Management: Overseeing bookings, access

control, and resident engagement activities
1. Inventory & Procurement: Managing handover kits, clubhouse cards, RFID tags, and facility supplies
