Role: DGFT Compliance Manager Seniority Level: Senior Preferred Education: B.Com / B.Sc / M.Sc.

Required Experience: 10-15 years

Responsibilities

- Manage and track Advance Authorization Licenses, ensuring timely application, utilization, and compliance to secure export incentives.

- Liaise with DGFT offices, customs authorities, and online portals for licensing, E-com applications, EODC, ECGC, RoDTEP, EPCG, LUT Bonds, and related schemes.

- Prepare, review and process all pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation, including AROs, Invalidation Applications, Certificates of Origin, and Drawback claims.

- Monitor shipment costs, maintain detailed compliance and tracking reports, and ensure deadlines for export obligations and incentive certifications are met.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies

- DGFT regulations export-incentive schemes (Advance Authorization, RoDTEP, EPCG, LUT Bonds, ECGC, EODC, etc.)

- Export-import documentation customs compliance (license registration, ARO, Invalidation, Drawback, Certificates of Origin)

- Advance Authorization License management utilization tracking

- Pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation preparation

- Shipment cost monitoring budgeting





- Regulatory reporting compliance tracking (DGFT, ECGC, export incentives)

- Coordination with DGFT offices and customs authorities
