Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities.
- Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Partner with Operations and QA for process improvement, failure investigation, RCA, and corrective actions.
- Manage installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain engineering, maintenance, and daily utility documentation and records.
- Monitor and control utility consumption, maintenance expenses, and running costs.
- Represent Engineering in customer, internal, and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Manage engineering vendors and AMC/service providers and verify vendor bills for timely processing.




- Lead, train, and develop engineers and technicians.
- Prioritize daily engineering activities and ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.
- Drive energy-saving, cost-reduction, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- - B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in plant engineering/maintenance/utilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries preferred.
- Robust leadership, troubleshooting, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills
