Key Responsibilities:

- Handle overall plant finance and accounting operations.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.

- Manage plant accounting, general ledger, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations.

- Monitor accounts payable, receivables, cash flow, and working capital.

- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and other applicable requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

- Ensure proper accounting and control of CAPEX, fixed assets, and inventory.

- Review manufacturing costs, production variances, and cost analysis.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Coordinate with corporate finance, tax, commercial, procurement, and plant operations.

- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
