Key Responsibilities:

- Handle plant costing and management accounting activities.

- Prepare product/process-wise cost sheets and analyze manufacturing costs.

- Monitor material, labour, overhead and conversion costs.

- Analyze production variances, yield, wastage, consumption and efficiency.

- Prepare monthly plant MIS and management reports.

- Perform standard costing vs. actual costing analysis.

- Support annual budgeting, forecasting and cost-control initiatives.

- Track inventory valuation, WIP, finished goods and slow/non-moving inventory.

- Monitor production cost trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

- Support pricing/product profitability analysis.

- Coordinate with production, stores, procurement and supply-chain teams.

- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of cost-related accounts.

- Support internal/statutory audits and ensure compliance with costing/accounting policies.
