We are looking for an experienced Female professional returning to the corporate workforce after a career break to join us as Manager – CSR Fundraising .

This is a senior, high-impact role focused on CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships and securing high-value CSR projects .

? Position Details

Position: Manager – CSR Fundraising

Experience: 10–15 years (Preferably)

Location: Balewadi High Street, Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and build a pipeline of CSR funding opportunities with corporates, PSUs, foundations and institutional donors.

• Build solid relationships with CSR Heads, Business Heads, CXOs, Foundations and Government stakeholders .

- Understand corporate CSR priorities and map them with relevant projects.
- Develop and present compelling CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations and project pitches.
- Manage the complete fundraising cycle — from prospect identification and engagement to proposal submission, negotiation and funding closure.

• Target and close high-value CSR projects starting from ₹10 crore and extending to ₹100 crore+ .

- Coordinate with technical and project teams on budgets, implementation plans, impact measurement and documentation.
- Maintain a structured pipeline through CRM/MIS systems.
- Represent the organization at CSR conferences, industry forums and corporate meetings.
- Develop long-term funding relationships and identify opportunities for repeat funding and project expansion.

We are particularly looking for an experienced female professional who is looking to restart her corporate career after a career break .

Essential:

- 10–15 years of overall professional experience
- Strong corporate communication,



presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-management capabilities
- Ability to engage confidently with senior corporate decision-makers
- Strong business development / fundraising orientation
- Proven ability to work against measurable targets

Preferred:

- B.E./B.Tech or other Engineering qualification

• Experience in fire safety, firefighting equipment, pumps, industrial products, infrastructure or engineering solutions

- Prior experience in CSR fundraising, institutional sales, B2B/B2G business development, corporate partnerships or project funding
- Understanding of the Indian CSR ecosystem and corporate CSR decision-making processes
