MANAGER/CARETAKER REQUIRED A residential apartment complex in Kakkanad, Kochi requires a Caretaker/Manager for day-to-day building administration.
Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and service staff, attending to residents’ requirements and ensuring smooth functioning of common facilities. Candidates must be graduates with computer knowledge> They should be responsible, courteous, and capable of handling tasks independently. Prior experience in apartment/facility management preferred. Ex-service personnel & lady candidates are also welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
