Role Description The Manager–Banking and Finance will oversee banking relationships, manage cash flows, and ensure efficient utilization of financial resources to support business operations and growth. This role includes monitoring working capital, coordinating with banks and financial institutions for facilities and renewals, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance with relevant financial regulations.

The manager will prepare and review financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide data-driven insights for management decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities also include supervising treasury activities, supporting audits, and collaborating with internal teams such as accounts, procurement, and sales to align financial plans with business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of corporate banking operations, including working capital management, bank facilities, and relationship management with banks and financial institutions.
- Act as the single point of contact for all bank-related correspondence, queries, and escalations.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with lending institutions — public sector banks,



private banks, and NBFCs.
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly stock statements, debtor statements, and QIS reports as per bank requirements.
- Resolve discrepancies in bank accounts, LC/BG transactions, and fund-transfer reconciliations promptly.
- Prepare and present comprehensive loan proposals for Working Capital (CC/OD), Term Loans, and ECLGS / Government schemes.
- Compile Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data — projected P&L;, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and fund-flow analysis.
- Draft Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies for project finance requirements.
- Liaise with banks during appraisal, sanction, and disbursement stages; track limits and ensure timely renewals.
- Maintain strong working relationships with relationship managers and senior bank officials.
- Proficiency in finance and accounting fundamentals, such as cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with treasury functions, including fund management, payment cycles, and optimization of interest and charges.
- Understanding of relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and documentation processes for loans, credit facilities, and guarantees.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or financial software for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a banking or corporate finance role, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or related sectors.
