Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production & Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily production activities, manpower, inventory coordination, quality control, order fulfillment, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, organized, and capable of taking ownership of day-to-day factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production according to orders and production targets.
Allocate manpower and monitor employee productivity.
Ensure machines and production lines operate efficiently.
Monitor production quantity, quality, wastage, and downtime.
Maintain daily production and machine records.
Coordinate with stores, purchase, sales, and accounts departments.
Verify finished goods before dispatch.
Prepare and manage daily dispatch schedules.
Ensure correct product, quantity, packaging, and customer details before dispatch.
Coordinate loading and transportation of goods.
Maintain dispatch and stock records.
Identify production/dispatch delays and take corrective action.




Ensure workplace discipline, cleanliness, and safety.
Submit daily production and dispatch reports to management.
Follow company SOPs and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in manufacturing, plastic, irrigation, pipe, agricultural equipment, or similar industries.
Candidates from Jalgaon, Erandol, Kasoda and nearby areas preferred.
Must be willing to work full time at the factory.
