Key Responsibilities

Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
Check the quality of spices during cleaning, grinding, mixing, and packing.

Conduct regular quality inspections and sampling.

Maintain batch-wise quality records and inspection reports.

Identify quality issues and take corrective action.

Monitor hygiene and cleanliness in the production area.

Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials and finished goods.

Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance Departments on quality-related issues.

Monitor product weight, packaging, labeling, and batch details.

Handle customer complaints related to product quality and report findings.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.

Prepare daily and monthly quality reports for management.

Reduce rejection, wastage, and quality-related losses.

Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures.
