Role & responsibilities
Minimum 15+ years of IT industry experience.
At least 8 years of experience managing large Digital Transformation, Smart Governance, or e-Governance programs.
Proven experience in implementation and management of:
State Government Portals
Central Government Portals
Single Window Systems
Digital Governance Platforms
ERP Solutions
CRM Platforms
Enterprise Application Platforms
Experience in managing multi-vendor and multi-department programs.
Solid understanding of government project execution frameworks, program governance, and PMO operations.
Preferred candidate profile
PMP / PRINCE2
IACT / IASSC Certified Green / Black Belt
SWM Lifecycle Knowledge
Application Knowledge
Experience in ICT
Program Governance and PMO Management
