Preferred candidate profile
Preferred Experience: Customer Support, Customer Delight, Customer Success, Customer Retention, Relationship Management,Collections, or Client Servicing. Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
English & Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
Role: Connect with RWAs and Society Office Bearers to secure campaign approvals, manage follow-ups, maintain CRM/documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
