Sales Advisor – Easy Energy Dealership

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Simple Energy dealership. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, explaining products, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Simple Energy products.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, warranty, and other offers.
Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
Generate leads through showroom visits, calls, referrals, and other sales activities.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the DMS/CRM system.
Coordinate with the finance, registration, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.




Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships before and after sales.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and local marketing activities.
Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM/DMS systems.
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
Previous experience in automobile or EV sales will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full time Industry: Automobile / Electric Vehicle Dealership

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
