Job summary The Sales Manager — Sourcing & Channel Sales will be responsible for generating business opportunities through channel partners and other sourcing channels. The role requires managing channel relationships, identifying new business prospects, driving lead generation, and supporting revenue growth through effective sourcing strategies.

Roles and responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
Generate qualified leads through channel partners and other sourcing channels.
Identify, onboard, and activate current channel partners to increase business opportunities.
Conduct regular meetings with channel partners and provide project updates, training, and support.
Drive channel partners to achieve business targets.
Ensure effective coordination between channel partners and internal sales teams.
Monitor channel performance and develop strategies to improve productivity.
Build strong market intelligence regarding competitor projects, pricing, and customer trends.




Drive sales planning and forecasting through effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain partner engagement and ensure repeat business opportunities.
Track sourcing performance and maintain accurate sales reports.

Good understanding of sales funnel and customer acquisition.

Qualification and experience
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
2 to 5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Real Estate Sales, Business Development or Luxury Sales.
Experience handling channel partners, brokers, or external sales networks preferred.
Candidates with experience in premium and luxury real estate sales will be preferred.
