Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
Handle billing and POS transactions.
Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
Manage stock and assist with inventory activities.
Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
Maintain positive knowledge of products, offers, and recent collections.
Support the store team in smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills Required:
Valuable communication skills
Customer handling skills
Sales-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of retail operations
Good grooming and personality
Teamwork and willingness to learn
Experience: 0–3 years in retail; freshers can also apply.
Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹50,833.13 per month
