Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent sales opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)




Proven experience in sales or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Experience: 6 months-1 years
