Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in target markets.
- Build prospect lists and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups .
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to understand and position IT solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM.

- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT/Software/SaaS/Technology Sales .
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development.
- Good understanding of the sales cycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM and prospecting tools.
- Ability to interact with mid-level and senior business stakeholders.
- Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.
