The Syndigo MDM Architect will own the end-to-end solution design, data model, governance approach, integration architecture, and implementation roadmap for Syndigo Master Data Management capabilities across product, supplier/vendor, location, and related retail data domains. The role will translate business needs into a scalable, secure, and maintainable master data foundation that supports commercial, merchandising, supply chain, eCommerce, fulfilment, analytics, and digital shelf outcomes.

Role Summary
- Lead architecture, design, configuration oversight, and technical governance for Syndigo MDM implementations and enhancements.
- Establish a trusted single source of truth for core master data by designing robust data models, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, quality controls, approval workflows, and stewardship processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders, data owners, product teams,



integration teams, and delivery leads to define practical, outcome-oriented MDM roadmaps.
- Ensure Syndigo MDM integrates effectively with enterprise systems such as ERP, PIM, DAM, eCommerce, merchandising, supply chain, CRM, data platforms, APIs, and reporting layers.

Required Experience & Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, MDM, PIM, product data, digital commerce, or integration-led transformation programs.
- Robust hands-on understanding of Syndigo MDM / PIM / Product Experience Cloud concepts, including domains, data models, workflows, data quality, syndication, and integrations.
- Experience in retail, CPG, grocery, manufacturing, distribution, or eCommerce environments with complex product, supplier, location, and channel data.
