We are looking for an Associate Scientist u2013 RD to support new product development and formulation activities in food coatings, bread crumbs, batter mixes, seasonings, spice blends, and related food ingredients .
The role will involve hands-on product formulation, laboratory trials, sensory evaluation, raw material assessment, pilot trials, and supporting commercialization of new products. Key Responsibilities New Product Development
- Support new product development from concept, formulation, laboratory trials, pilot trials, and commercialization.
- Conduct formulation and product trials for seasonings, spice blends, coatings, bread crumbs, batter mixes, and related products.
- Modify formulations based on customer requirements, product performance, cost, and market needs.




- Maintain proper documentation of formulations, trials, and results. Product Formulation Innovation
- Develop and optimize recipes and formulations under the guidance of senior RD team members.
- Evaluate ingredients and processing techniques to improve taste, texture, appearance, functionality, and shelf life.
- Conduct product benchmarking and support development of innovative products.
- Stay updated on recent ingredients, food trends, and emerging product categories. Trials Sensory Evaluation
- Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale trials.
- Participate in sensory evaluation for taste, texture, color, aroma, and overall acceptability.
- Record trial results and recommend formulation improvements.
- Support shelf-life and stability studies. Raw Material Vendor Coordination
- Evaluate new raw materials, ingredients, flavors, and functional ingredients.
