Job Summary:

As Total Rewards Manager,



you will lead the implementation and delivery of Total Rewards programmes across Europe, translating global Total Rewards frameworks and corporate policies and regional HR priorities into effective, locally relevant compensation and advantages practices.

You will serve as the regional subject matter expert, providing guidance on market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory requirements and programme application across the region. You will also lead the execution and administration of total rewards programmes, including base salary, variable pay, assignment compensation and benefits, according to the organisational needs of the company, reporting to the Regional HR Manager, Europe.
