KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Devise technical training programs in above mentioned domains according to organizational requirements
- Design course materials and documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises
- Deliver training programs in Instructor led formal or online as required
- Mentor internal SME instructors within
- Technology as part of a train the trainer program
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community
- Partner with developers to build more test coverage into their own development chain and with DevOps and Test Engineers for current solutions
- Ability to translate story and use cases into functional training
