Job Title: Service Coordinator (m/f/x)

Beckhoff implements open automation systems using proven PC-based control technology. We are a representative office in Wagholi, Pune, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities
- inward entry of material in ERP (D365)
- physical inspection of material and documents
- inform to customer on receipt of material
- timely issuance of POs to Vendors, follow-up for order confirmation and co-ordination for on time payment to suppliers, invoicing instructions to concern department
- stock/spare management
- service Payment follow-up
- to give dispatch instruction to concern dept. and same convey to customer
- take a material on RDC and follow-up till close the case.
- make a list of service material which need to send to Germany
- making SRS Documents and update the database
- get the notification/ offers of service items from Germany and same convey to customer




- send offers to customer which receives from Germany and get the PO
- generating invoices, credit note in ERP (D365)
- generating Eway bills on Government portal
- sharing monthly reports of invoices, Eway bill to account department for further process

Qualifications
- experience: fresher s can apply (any graduate)
- mandatory Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, Word Power Point, Microsoft D365
- excellent communication skills mandatory
- highly motivated self-starter with good organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, multi-task, and work cross-functionally
- team player mentality, but able to work independently as required
