About Us
We are a creative technology studio focused on immersive digital experiences. We collaborate with top-tier professionals in North America to develop creative projects at the forefront of Virtual Reality and interactive media.
Our team is currently working on a new VR multiplayer experience built in Unity for Meta Quest platforms, combining engaging gameplay with expressive characters and environments. This project is a flagship initiative within a world-leading VR content ecosystem.
The role
You design the interface inside the world — on the weapon, on the robot's body, on the walls — instead of floating it in front of the player's face. You also produce the final 2D assets for it.
What you will do
- Diegetic UI. Ammo, health, squad state, objectives — placed on surfaces that exist in the game, readable while moving and while being shot at.
- Interaction ergonomics. Size, distance, placement, comfort, step count. Why is a menu two steps and not seven?
- Wireframes and flows for the features you design.
- In-world graphics. Posters, signs, banners, billboards.
Final assets, not just layouts.
- Specs the dev team can build from — anchors, sizes, states, safe areas, export settings.
Requirements
- Mid-level or above. Senior welcome.
- At least one shipped game where you personally owned UI, or a substantial VR project we can look at.
- A portfolio showing in-world, 3D or game UI. App and web dashboard work does not tell us what we need to know.
- You think in angular size and metres, not only pixels.
- You make the final art, not only the layout.
- Graphic design craft — type, hierarchy, silhouette, colour that survives low resolution.
- You run yourself. You take a rough brief, ask the questions that need asking, and come back with a solution. Nobody here will hand you a fully-specced ticket.
- Written English good enough to write a spec another person can build from.
Nice to have
- Shipped a VR title.
- Hands-on Unity — UGUI or UI Toolkit, prefabs,
