Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to support our legal team with day-to-day activities, including research, documentation, and compliance-related tasks. This internship will provide practical exposure to corporate legal functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on various topics as required
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Support in maintaining legal records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for compliance-related matters
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and case notes
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the legal team
Requirements:
Currently pursuing degree in Law (1st / 2nd Years)
Basic understanding of corporate and commercial laws
Good research and analytical skills
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Working Days: 5 days a week (Work from Office – Bangalore)
Note: This is an unpaid internship.
