Job Description
- Review and approve title search reports and property due diligence assessments.
- Evaluate the legal enforceability of collateral and identify associated risks.
- Draft, review, and standardize mortgage and security documentation.
- Partner with external counsel and support business, credit, and risk teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Transfer of Property Act, Land Laws, Stamp Act, Registration Act, and RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.





The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Candidates from NBFCs, Banks, HFCs, or Mortgage/LAP businesses preferred.
- Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
