Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer data integration, journey orchestration, personalization, and solution architecture while collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and enterprise architects.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance SFMC architecture across multiple business units.
- Create technical architecture documents, solution blueprints, and integration designs.
- Lead technical design workshops and provide architectural guidance to development teams.





Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development
- Architect solutions using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Personalization.
- Design reusable frameworks for email templates, agile content, AMPscript, SSJS, and Content Builder.
- Establish best practices for data modeling, segmentation, and campaign automation.
- Optimize customer journeys for engagement, conversion, and personalization.

Integration & Data Architecture
- Design integrations between SFMC and Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Integrate SFMC with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Define ETL/data synchronization strategies with Data Cloud, CDP, Snowflake, Azure, or other enterprise platforms.
- Ensure data governance, identity resolution, and consent management.

Technical Leadership
- Mentor SFMC developers and review code for qualit
