Job Role: Site Engineer

Job Description
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety standards and procedures at the construction site.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Monitor materials and resources required for construction activities.
- Support the project team in achieving construction targets and milestones.

Qualifications
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant site experience.
- Valuable knowledge of construction site execution and coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
