We're Hiring: Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer (CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or ITAM)

We're currently partnering with a client to expand their ServiceNow team and are looking for experienced
Senior Associate ServiceNow Developers
with strong expertise in
Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Asset Management (ITAM)
. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in at least one of these modules and a solid understanding of ServiceNow platform development, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.

? About the Role
As a Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that support critical business processes and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with platform best practices.





? What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Configure and customize platform capabilities across CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or ITAM
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and third-party technologies
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop custom scripts, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, and automation capabilities
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and governance
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials
