- Recruit and develop Financial Advisors for the organization.
- Identify and onboard suitable candidates as Financial Advisors.
- Promote and sell a range of financial products through recruited advisors.
- Provide guidance and support to Financial Advisors to improve their sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities.
- Explain financial products and their benefits to prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Monitor advisor performance and support them in achieving their targets.
