Job Role: Business Manager – MSME / SME Loans

Job Description
- Independently drive sales and acquisition of business loans for MSMEs and small businesses.
- Manage client acquisition, relationship management, field sales, loan processing coordination, and business targets.
- Generate current business opportunities through direct sourcing, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Acquisition:
- Source clients for secured and unsecured business loans.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective business customers.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through referrals, direct sourcing, and market activities.
- Drive repeat business and customer referrals.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with MSME customers.




- Provide post-disbursement support.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.

Credit & Documentation
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan application processing.
- Ensure complete and accurate loan documentation.
- Coordinate credit assessment and underwriting requirements.
- Verify KYC and other required customer documents.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor loan products, pricing, and market offerings.
- Track market trends and customer preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Share market insights with internal teams to improve product positioning and sales strategies.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–6 years in SME Lending, MSME Lending, or BFSI Sales.
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate, preferab
