Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact
Growth
Partner-Global Consulting Services
to drive strategic alliances, expand global clients and accelerate revenue growth through partnerships. This is a leadership role suited for someone who can think strategically and have passion to be entrepreneur

Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale Global Consulting Services for global companies
- Identify and onboard
new referral partners
across key geographies (US, Europe, APAC)
- Drive
revenue growth
through partner-led opportunities and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Develop and execute a
partner growth strategy
aligned with SW India’s business goals
- Manage and nurture
existing partner relationships
to maximize engagement and deal flow
- Lead
co-marketing initiatives
(webinars, events,



thought leadership) with partners
- Track and report on
pipeline, conversions, and partner performance metrics
- Work closely with internal teams (tax, regulatory, transaction advisory) to deliver seamless client experience

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12-15 years of experience in
Global Consulting Services /business development / partnerships / alliances
- Worked in Big Four or large consulting firm only
- Strong network with
CPA firms, international advisors, or cross-border ecosystem
- Proven track record of
driving revenue working with global companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a
high-growth environment
