Job Description
Sales & Territory Management:
- Manage sales activities across assigned cities, territories, and market areas.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned business targets.
- Monitor sales performance across different geographical areas.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure consistent sales growth across the assigned territory.

Business Development
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Generate new leads through regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Expand the company's customer and dealer network.
- Explore new geographical markets and develop business opportunities.
- Convert potential leads into long-term business relationships.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and business partners.
- Regularly visit clients and understand their requirements.
- Address customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.




- Develop long-term relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.

Field Sales & Market Visits
- Travel regularly to different cities, territories, and market areas.
- Conduct customer meetings and sales presentations.
- Gather market information and identify customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and changing market conditions.
- Develop sales opportunities through direct field interactions.

Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Monitor sales progress and take corrective actions when required.
- Maintain regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Focus on revenue generation and continuous customer acquisition.

Experience
Job Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Field sales experience is preferred.
