Job Role: Operations Intern

Job Description
- Support day-to-day operations across Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Servicing functions.
- Assist in indexing, naming, categorizing, and organizing financial and corporate documents.
- Learn and follow operational workflows, tools, and processes under the guidance of senior team members.
- Perform data collection, data entry, and basic data analysis for operational reporting.
- Participate in training sessions and assessment activities throughout the internship.
- Work with team members to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling operational and financial information.
- Collaborate with senior team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Gain practical exposure to financial services operations and understand different business processes.
- Adapt to different operational functions during the structured rotation program.
- Support the team in maintaining organized records and completing assigned tasks within timelines.
