About the Role

We are looking for a
Social Media Manager

who understands the entertainment and creator ecosystem and knows how to build audiences around
artists, creators, shows, digital properties, and entertainment-led content

.

The ideal candidate should be highly active on social media, have a solid understanding of internet culture and emerging trends, and be able to turn entertainment moments into engaging, platform-native content.

This role requires a combination of
content thinking, social media strategy, community building,



trend spotting, and performance analysis

.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for
creators, artists, entertainment properties, shows, and digital-first brands

.
- Own day-to-day management of social media platforms including
Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms

.
- Build and maintain
content calendars

based on upcoming releases, shoots, appearances, events, campaigns, and cultural moments.
- Work closely with creators, artists, content teams, editors, designers, and other stakeholders to develop engaging social content.
- Identify
trending formats, memes, sounds, conversations, cultural moments, and internet trends

and quickly translate them into relevant content.
- Develop platform-specific content ideas, hooks, captions, CTAs, and formats designed for maximum reach and engagement.
