Position OverviewMagna Group is seeking an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented General Manager – Legal & Operations to oversee the company's legal, operational, land acquisition, and administrative functions. The selected candidate will play a strategic leadership role and will report directly to the Managing Director (MD). Key ResponsibilitiesLegal ManagementOversee all legal matters relating to the company's projects and operations. Manage land title verification, due diligence, documentation, and legal compliance. Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants,



and government authorities. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, MOUs, sale deeds, development agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal regulations, statutory requirements, and applicable laws. Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel. Land AcquisitionIdentify and evaluate potential land parcels for future developments. Conduct legal and technical due diligence before acquisition. Negotiate land purchase, joint development, and partnership agreements. Liaise with landowners, brokers, consultants, and government departments.
