Job Description
- Recruit and onboard recent Insurance Advisors.
- Manage and develop a team of Insurance Advisors.
- Lead and coordinate team activities to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and manage development activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and business targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer and advisor relationships.
- Handle day-to-day team management and resolve operational issues.
- Use strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Candidates with Marketing and Teaching experience will be preferred.
