Job Role: Site Supervisor

Job Description
- Supervise waterproofing work at residential, commercial, and industrial project sites.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal execution teams.
- Ensure waterproofing work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain accurate progress reports.
- Manage labour teams and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Inspect waterproofing materials and ensure proper application techniques.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly.
- Provide regular project updates and report site issues to management.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of waterproofing activities.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience: Freshers to 5 years.
- Candidates with 1–5 years of site supervision or waterproofing experience are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction and waterproofing methods is an advantage.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
