Job Role: Relationship Executive

Job Description
- Sell and promote SBI Cards through multiple sales channels.
- Generate leads and acquire recent customers through direct sales activities.
- Approach customers at retail stores, metro stations, and corporate locations.
- Explain SBI Card features, benefits, eligibility, and applicable offers to prospective customers.
- Assist customers with the card application and documentation process.
- Follow up with prospective customers to complete applications and improve conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide support during the application process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and sales activities.
- Participate in promotional and customer acquisition activities.
